SIRS Link-N-Go drivers are ready to meet your need for safe and reliable transportation. Our team is courteous, friendly, and certified to provide Medicaid transportation and rural public transit services. SIRS Link-N-Go operates in Dubois, Perry, Spencer, and Warrick Counties, Indiana.

Medicaid riders must be residents of a service county and should call a broker to help you arrange your ride. Please ask for SIRS Link N Go to be your preferred provider. We work with the following brokers for Medicaid transportation:

• WellTrans: 1-866-982-3983

For private pay transportation services, contact the SIRS Tell City Office and Transportation Manager at 812-547-3348 to schedule during the office hours of 8am to 4pm central time.

Please schedule your transportation at least 2 weeks prior to an appointment to guarantee the best available ride. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is preferred, and you may schedule a ride up to 30 days in advance. Link-N-Go offers rides Monday-Friday from 6am to 6pm.

Residents of Dubois, Spencer, and Warrick counties wishing to use the public transportation door-to-door service should call Ride Solutions dispatch at 1-877-369-8899.

When scheduling, provide the following information:

• Name
• Phone Number
• Date of Birth
• Medicaid Number
• Pick up and destination addresses

You will be asked if you need any assistance, use a wheelchair, use portable oxygen, have a healthcare escort, or have a service animal. Portable oxygen and service animals are allowed! We offer clean, air-conditioned vehicles, a smoke free environment, and we are ADA compliant.
