Agency With Choice Model


Agency With Choice- Under this model, SIRS the Employer of record, and the Consumer is the Managing Employer.  As the Managing Employer, you would be responsible for hiring and managing your support workers, developing and managing your budget, and verifying services provided.  SIRS , as the Employer of record, would provide payroll processing services and tax administration.  Direct Service Professional  would be employees of SIRS.  We would carry the necessary insurances, including liability, worker’s compensation, and would also support and advise you with employment-related issues.  SIRS  as employer of record would retain direct control of all employees.  A service agreement would be signed between you and SIRS to define your role and responsibilities.
