Her passion regarding the rights of individuals with disabilities to fully participate in community living is inspiring to staff, individuals served, industry associates, and community members. Her dedication to those we serve, her employees, and the organization are just as strong today as when she joined our company on June 6, 1977.”

Mrs. Oser has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and joined the SIRS team nearly 30 years ago. She and husband Michael reside in Jasper, IN and they are the proud parents of Jennifer Habig and Phillip Oser. In her current position, she oversees fiscal management and operation of community services to adults and children with disabilities in Dubois, Perry, Spencer, Vanderburgh, and Warrick Counties.

Patty believes, “People with disabilities have the right to first and foremost be looked at as a person, to fully belong to our society, to be self-sufficient, and to contribute to their communities. I have worked to remove barriers that keep this from happening and to create opportunities for them to be the person they are meant to be.”

Southern Indiana Resource Solutions, Inc. is a non-profit organization committed to enriching the quality of life of persons with disabilities. SIRS’ vision is that every person served will have the opportunity for community employment, recreation, and living.
