New Child Care Director

Southern Indiana Resources Solutions, Inc. hires New Director

Jenna SimonJenna Simon was recently hired as the Director of Bright Beginnings Child Care a division of SIRS.  She was previously employed as a lead teacher with Stepping Stones Preschool.  She received her Associates Degree of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from Ivy Tech Community College. CARF Survey scheduled for June

Southern Indiana Resource Solutions, Inc. (SIRS) will be surveyed by CARF on June 26th, 27th, and 28th as part of their accreditation process.  SIRS invited CARF to send a team of professionals to visit its sites and evaluate services for quality.  The surveyors review records and policies, consult with staff members, and interview people served and other involved community members..  Based on the surveyors’ review, SIRS may be awarded CARF accreditation for one or three years.  SIRS has received the highest CARF accreditation possible beginning in 1996 and has continued to receive a 3 year accreditation to date.
