What training does the staff receive?
All staff receive initial orientation training prior to working in the home consisting of First Aid, CPR, other safety training, medication administration training, client specific training, and client high risk issues. Other SIRS and state required training is provided in the extended orientation process. Annual training is required and policies are in place to insure the training is completed.
