Sarah Heck: Sarah took it upon herself to put together “instructions” for HR Office “attachments” tab and disseminate to Support Staff
Jenny Wriston: Taking time out of her schedule to develop phone list and schedule for RLC team
Amber Carnett: Always steps up when a shift needs filled. She has gone above and beyond to make sure the clients needs are met.
Amy Culver: Amy took personal time to cut client pictures from newspaper, laminate, and frame for individual to have in their home.
Alexa Holder: Willingness to help cover shifts due to a shortage of personnel. Excellent team player.
Patty Wells: Patty has been in excess demand to cover shifts in multiple homes, etc. She has been willing to work wherever she is needed most! Excellent Team Player.
Tamika Smith: Shared information for “Assurance Wireless” to distribute to all employees who may be eligible for free phone through Virgin Mobile. Way to be a team player and think of others!
Bob Elrod: Willingly works on his days off. He is always flexible with his schedule to fill in when we are in a bind.
Arlene Olinger: In addition to all the support provided to her team, Arlene is now providing daily support to transportation. She is always willing to help and asks if she can help me more.
Dwight Beard: Contacted parties to get a concrete pad poured at the van stop at back entrance to Group/Day Service. Works was donated with materials at cost. Thanks Dwight for caring about the safety of our clients.
