Trudy Altman: Made a jig for a new job with materials currently in-house. This really helps with the new job making production most efficient. She easily shares her gift with others.
Amy Culver: Amy organized and cleaned the extra office in the Children’s area on her own time.
Chrissie Lamar: For significant efforts made in the development of the employment team in Warrick County. She stepped up when another SIRS location needed support. Exemplifies team work.
Beverly Rennie: For going out of her way to provide exceptional customer service to visitors utilizing the conference room.
Don Davis: During absence of another driver, Don rose to the occasion by adjusting his schedule with short notice. Don offered suggestions for scheduling improvements and stepped up to the plate
Bob Folz (Warrick Adult Services): Boonville Jazzercise owner, Kathy Disinger, relayed that Bob is an incredibly responsible, patient & superb employee.
Beverly Reenie (Day Care) received a WOW from a co-worker for cleaning her room in preparation for a tour and training hosted at the Day Care.
Mikayla Beasley (Day Care) for helping to clean a co-workers room after 2 boys destroyed it fighting.
Crista Seals (Warrick Adult Services) for donating personal time to make one of our clients feel beautiful by giving her a free manicure and pedicure in preparation for her school prom.
Chrissie Lamar (Dubois Adult Services) for going above and beyond in training a co-worker in the employment consultant position. She was very supportive and continues to monitor progress. “Best trainer I ever had!”
Julie Holtzman (Day Care) for helping to clean a co-workers room after 2 boys destroyed it fighting.
