December 2010

Laura Withers – Assisted an RLC and client by stepping up during an emergency.  Laura handled everything from buying groceries to making sure our client  had coverage in their  home.  WOW!  This makes five WOW’s – Laura will be receiving a gift certificate!  Way to go Laura!

Diane Grose – Thanks for covering a shift on a planned weekend off!

Diana Feltner – Diana did “whatever it takes” to hit the Plastics sales goal while managing to help the teams at Troy and Boonville.  Congratulations on meeting sales goals and being a true “team” player!

Dwight Beard – Outstanding customer service, Dwight!  Dwight took it upon himself during the ice storm to ensure that a customer was able to make his court date despite the weather.  He was at the office by 6:15 a.m. to check the parking lot and get an early start to pick up his customer for 9 a.m. appointment.

Tamika Smith – With only 90 days under her belt as RLC, Tamika supervises two residential living homes and keeps things running well.  “She is an asset to the residential team and her hard work is appreciated”.

Diane Grose – Stepped right up to work with a client that she had not worked with in some time because she knew we were in a pinch.  Way to pitch in!

Diane McConnell – Diane has helped out when staffing issues occurred – as both employee and guardian!

Denny Weatherholt -  Denny literally “one handed” prepared a great homemade breakfast for employees at  Troy Plant – on a Saturday AND with only one arm free following shoulder surgery!

Michelle Griepenstroh – Michelle took it upon herself to ensure that the Troy building was locked up safe and sound when no one else could be available.  Talk about being responsible and taking ownership!  Thanks Michelle.

Brad Nichols – How caring of you to take the time to assist a fellow employee by giving him a ride to and from work when he needed it!

Nancy Hill – You went out of your way to assist the team find coverage when all else had failed.  Thanks!

Kathy Gallop – Kathy took time from her “free” weekend to help another team member with a clients medication.  Kathy went because she knew her team mate was not yet comfortable handling the clients meds.  Way to show support Kathy!
