Another great month for WOW’s!!! Karolyn Miller – Karolyn took the lead in developing residential services in our Agency! She stuck with it when nothing seemed to be going right, and continued to improve services! And…another WOW for taking time from her busy schedule to help Nancy Hill clean a client’s home! And…#3 for staying with a client during a staff shortage when no one else was available! Go Karolyn! Barb Parr – Barb has taken the initiative to learn CASPER software in depth. She has given lots of extra time and used her determination to master the software. She has even managed to help others to learn it! Heather Lutz – Heather worked extra hours when needed due to a major staffing shortage Ron Bruce – What a team player! Ron went above and beyond to to assist with an interview when not feeling his best! Tyra Thomas – What a help! Tyra worked at client’s home 3 days, extra shifts due to a shortage Tracie Harrison – Our “cook” helped to prepare and clean up for the Regional TAC meeting! Thanks! Mary James – Helped with the TAC meeting by going out of her way to pick up food – always does “extra’s” for the Daycare! Sarah Heck – Not only did Sarah make daily trips to pick up and deliver paper work for Pat while she was off – she rescued Pat’s blind and deaf dog, saving it’s life!!! What a hero! Charlie Baumeister – Your assistance in moving file boxes to Tell City & in the vault is appreciated! Tammy Vazquez – Thanks for going beyond the call of duty to assist a client during her move! Janet Edwards – Packing boxes, assisting with a client’s move – thanks for helping! Leesa James – Washing and packing curtains for a client’s move? Wow! You even managed to give the client a break from moving with a swim! Jessica Dixon – Always willing to help extra hours wherever needed AND with positive attitude! Heather Byers – Worked on a day off to give a hard working RLC a needed break! From June we have: Lisa Kelley – Awesome job teaching a client to re learn how to write their name during respite hours! And last but not least, from July: Vanessa Garrett – Much appreciation for jumping in on short notice to prepare a client for a funeral out of state |
