+ When we see one of our co-workers going above and beyond the call of duty, providing great customer service, being a good team player, demonstrating quality work, contributing ideas to make the job easier and more efficient, we fill out a WOW form explaining the outstanding performance. All WOWs will be shared at a monthly management team meeting; recipients will be listed in a company wide notice and on our company internal and external websites.
