CHAMPION
+ When an employee’s behavior is so exceptional that the WOW recognition is inadequate. A manager can nominate that employee for a CHAMPION recognition. All nominees will be recognized at a monthly management meeting and the team will select CHAMPIONS from the nominations each quarter. The CEO will presents the CHAMPIONS a framed certificate at a Board of Directors meeting, the CHAMPIONS pictures are posted in the reception area of our corporate office, recipients pictures will be shown in a company wide notice and on our company internal and external websites.
