SIRS is excited about our NEW program to recognize and reward outstanding employee performance. The program has several levels of recognition, listed is a summary of each.

Wonderful Outstanding Worker (WOW): This level gives employees the opportunity to recognize the efforts of their co-workers.

CHAMPION: This level provides the management team the opportunity to recognize exceptional employee performance.

LEGENDS: This takes CHAMPIONS to the next level. All CHAMPION recipients may be nominated by co-workers and managers for the prestigious LEGEND Award.
