SIRS, is seeking a self motivated, Contract Occupational Therapist to work in Perry, Spencer, and Dubois counties in the First Steps Program.
Individual must be licensed by the Professional Licensing Agency of Indiana and become credentialed through First Steps of Indiana. Services provided to children birth to three at home based and day care sites. Contract OT Therapist is responsible for family/caregiver training and support. Travel required.
