Vickie Lutgring believes individuals with disabilities should have equal opportunities to live, work, and enjoy their own communities. She has been an advocate for persons with disabilities since her youngest daughter was born with Down’s Syndrome in 1981 and feels SIRS has continually been a leader, not only locally but in the state, at providing services for individuals with disabilities. Lutgring, a lifelong resident of Perry County, retired from Century Aluminum.
